At number 47 we can offer a wide choice of rooms for your party or celebration. So whether it is a small family get together or a grand celebration we are sure we can accommodate your requirements. We have various room options available; the Mancroft Suite (which is fully air conditioned), the Lorraine Suite, the Garden Room with adjoining garden space, and the Bishop Bowers Temple.  View our Venue Rooms for more information. – here>>.

We have a large reception lounge bar for welcome drinks before going to your chosen function room. Our bar prices are very competitive and our bar staff are friendly and approachable!

The fully air conditioned Mancroft Suite is the largest of our rooms available for private functions. It is suitable for up to 90 seated guests and 130 for a more relaxed buffet style and makes a marvellous venue for that special occasion. This room has a good size dance floor to dance the night away and a stage to accommodate a band or disco or any entertainment that you have. The room has a fully staffed bar and we provide a Meet & Greet person for your event.

The Garden Room is also suitable for private functions. It is suitable for up to 18 seated guests or 40 for a buffet style. This room has access to a private garden.

The Lorraine Suite is suitable for up to 36 seated guests and up to 50 standing.
